HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
We're finally in our new home!
Move in day was New Year's Eve!
Nothing like waiting until the last day of the year.
It actually was the perfect day to close on our new house. New beginnings in a new year.
Then just after the first POD was delivered we had a blizzard. (sorry no photo of the snow)
We did manage to unload with help from our amazing family.
2nd and final POD was delivered. More unloading and we're almost done.
Our gargoyle friend made his home on the front porch, right by the door to greet our guests.
As you can see in the photo, we'll be living with some dirt for awhile.
We are the only house finished and the only family moved in on the block.
No time wasted! We started with the decorating!
Of course I couldn't have it any other way.
First thing to go were the upper kitchen cabinets.
Just wait until you see the transition!
